Hotel's location and staff made the stay a comfortable experience.

The area was not pleasant.

The reason we loved it was great location and stuff. We got an updated room with view.

The hotel is fairly clean, big size.

Had a perfectly pleasant stay for a really long time, appreciated location and rooms. The airport was 20 minutes drive away.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were brilliant. The room was cleaned and available with a sofa bed as well as adequate space. Breakfast was included, that was a bonus. The venue was in a very central location right by Times Square and the main tourist attractions and the highlights.

We stayed in an a double room and loved an excellant bathroom. Pleasant staff, great service. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk away from R Lounge.

Came here for 1 night stay, had a quite comfortable experience. The rooms were on 38th floor. The hotel of choice in New York City.

This is a convenient hotel with second to none staff and rooms.

fab stay, we had all essentials. every detail was pleasant, such as stuff and location. generally everything was brand-new, nonetheless the bathroom was quite small. the restaurant was good, with warm dishes.

Booked it for 2 days and had a fairly nice experience. Ultimate property, spotlessly clean, admirable service and good value. The staff was willing to help with any inquires and was incredibly friendly! I loved that this hotel offered wake-up service. Big shops and the shops were right next door.

Made to order breakfast offers variety of dishes, rooms are practical and staff is pleasant enough. Manhattan district deserves to be explored.

I enjoyed its new building. I only stayed 2 nights, but the hotel staff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for me. Positioned in the great area.
